1. Establishment:
Dinh Vu Port was established in a form of joint stock company named as Dinhvu Port Investment & Development Joint Stock Company - Dinh Vu Port in short, according to the Decision No.990/QĐ-TGĐ dated November 11th, 2002 of the General Director of Vietnam National Shipping Lines. The charter capital at beginning is 100 billion dongs contribited by initial shareholders including: Hai Phong Port 51% and other legal entities and staff of Hai Phong Port
On December 19th, 2002, at the first general meeting of shareholders, regulations on organazation & operation of the company were ratified to mark as a birth of Dinh Vu Port. Dinh Vu Port officially started on January 14th, 2003.
