On April 26th,2019 afternoon, Dinhvu Port Investment & Development JSC organised the labourers’ conference 2019 at the Meeting Hall on the fifth floor of the company’s office building, Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong city. It was attended by 125 delegates for & on behalf of all staff of departments, units, teams, groups in the company.
After procedure of electing presidium and secretariat, all delegates listened to the report on production, business in 2018 and directions, misions in 2019; report on building and performing the internal regulations, rules of the company; summary on contents revised, amended to the collective labour agreement, labour regulations,…
The next, the executive commission on trade union reported on contents: situation and results of holding labourers’ coference of all levels; reported on contributing to building, amending to the internal regulations, rules in relation to interests and obligations of labourers; reported on using the funds of rewards, welfare, charity; reported on executing the collective labour agreement; reported on dealing with petitions in 2018,…
At the conference, units also contributed many positive opinions close to the situation of company’s production, business in 2018 and those in coming time. After discussions, the presidium answered, settled petitions collected from the labourers’ conferences at unit level, of which General Director - Mr. Cao Van Tinh directly answered to 20 petitions and at the same time assigned Deputy General Directors and relevant functional departments to base on their own functions, tasks to give final settlements in soonest time.
The labourers’ conference of Dinh Vu Port 2019 had an honour to receive Mr. To Dinh Son - President of trade union of Hai Phong Port JSC. Speaking at the conference, Mr. To Dinh Son congratulated on achievements of productions and business gained by Dinh Vu Port in 2018 and gave some directives to union movement, methods of activities to heighten the stance, role of trade union of Dinh Vu Port so that Dinh Vu Port would continue to achieve many successes in business and always secure material & spiritual life of labourers.
The labourers’ conference of Dinh Vu Port 2019 finished successfully at 17:00 on April 26th, 2019 by approving of resolution of conference at the rate of 100%.
