On July 28^th, 2019, Dinh Vu Port moves the customer service office from five-storey building to two-storey building.

The office of customer service newly upgraded, repaired is more spacious and modern with 8 panes of customer servicepeople, two panes of cashiers, one pane exclusive for CFS serviceperson and two panes of customs supervisors.

New place of customer service will be equiped with two table computers in service to online payment and information tracking during waiting period. Dinh Vu Port is ceaseless to enhance service quality to facilitate customers with most convenience and comfort when coming & transacting at port.
